Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to join our team at Lake City, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing client relationships, achieving targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily sales operations at the Lake City office.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Prepare sales reports and share market insights with management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for promotional activities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company projects and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team.
