Job Description

  • Lead Odoo ERP implementations with a focus on KSA-localized modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR)
  • Configure and customize Odoo to meet ZATCA Phase 1 & Phase 2 e-invoicing requirements
  • Ensure full compliance with KSA VAT, UBO, and e-invoicing regulations
  • Integrate Odoo with ZATCA-compliant solutions and third-party systems (e.g., XML invoice formats, QR codes, UUIDs)
  • Translate business requirements into functional specs and technical deliverables
  • Conduct gap analysis and advise on localization best practices
  • Provide user training, functional testing, and post-go-live support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiscal compliance, invoice validation, and audit trails
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and IT teams to ensure regulatory alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (functional and technical)
  • Proven track record implementing ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing in Odoo
  • Strong understanding of KSA VAT, UBO, and fiscal reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo Studio
  • Experience with API integrations and custom module development
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Odoo certification or equivalent ERP credentials
  • Experience with multi-company or multi-country setups
  • Familiarity with ZATCA sandbox testing and production onboarding
  • Knowledge of KSA labor law and HR module localization
