Role Description

This is a full-time off-site role for a Recovery Agent located in Karachi. The Recovery Agent will be responsible for debt collection, resolving customer accounts, and maintaining contact with clients to ensure timely payments. Day-to-day tasks include contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, monitoring overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions.

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Experience in the healthcare or finance industry is a plus
