Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and eager to create positive experiences? AHOY is looking for a dedicated Female Customer Success Specialist to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services, thereby fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives, effectively becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes, ensuring they are set up for success with our products.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts and interactions to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them maximize their use of our solutions to achieve their business goals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and contribute to a seamless client transition.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer health metrics, engagement levels, and account growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients while understanding their unique business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and the ability to advocate for customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
