About the Role:

We're looking for a
Customer Success Officer
to join our growing team This role focuses on
reconciliation and operational support
, ensuring smooth transaction settlements, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily transactions and settlements; track pending or mismatched items.
  • Follow up with settlement banks, 1LINK, and internal teams regarding failed or delayed settlements.
  • Handle customer queries related to payment status, login issues, and fund transfers (via calls, emails, or WhatsApp).
  • Document all issues in the CRM with detailed progress and closure notes.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for ticket updates and data validation.
  • Provide first-level support for
    Wisaaq financing
    .
  • Prepare daily reports and end-of-day summaries on pending issues.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination, login resets, and other basic operational tasks.
  • Reconcile daily transaction reports with bank statements and settlement logs.
  • Support the
    Customer Service Operations (Front Office)
    team as required.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or financial services
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with good command over MS Excel and reporting
