About the Role:
We're looking for a
Customer Success Officer
to join our growing team This role focuses on
reconciliation and operational support
, ensuring smooth transaction settlements, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily transactions and settlements; track pending or mismatched items.
- Follow up with settlement banks, 1LINK, and internal teams regarding failed or delayed settlements.
- Handle customer queries related to payment status, login issues, and fund transfers (via calls, emails, or WhatsApp).
- Document all issues in the CRM with detailed progress and closure notes.
- Coordinate with the technical team for ticket updates and data validation.
- Provide first-level support for
Wisaaq financing
. - Prepare daily reports and end-of-day summaries on pending issues.
- Assist in onboarding coordination, login resets, and other basic operational tasks.
- Reconcile daily transaction reports with bank statements and settlement logs.
- Support the
Customer Service Operations (Front Office)
team as required.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or financial services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good command over MS Excel and reporting
