Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. HR Executive, located in the Korangi Industrial Area within the Karachi Division. The Sr. HR Executive will manage and oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and handle employee relations tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred
