Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for a Fragrance Sales Associate. The Fragrance Sales Associate will be responsible for client vists all over Karachi for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting fragrances, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring product displays are attractive and organized.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge and B2B experience in selling industrial and fine fragrances
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to meet Sales targets and work effectively in a corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the fragrance or personal care industry is a MUST
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
