to join Dev's Era, a web development and e-commerce solutions agency. The main responsibility of this role is to bid on Upwork to secure projects for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Write customized proposals tailored to the client's needs.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients and build relationships.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000
  • Incentive: 8% monthly incentive on secured projects
