Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets within the assigned zone.
  • Develop and implement zonal/area sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure product availability and market penetration.
  • Supervise and motivate sales teams (Territory Sales Officers/Representatives) to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales execution, merchandising, and retailer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to stay competitive.
  • Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely recovery as per company policy.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and business analyses.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • ZSM (Lahore):
    8–10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a zonal or regional leadership role.
  • ASM (Multan):
    4–6 years of relevant experience in sales, distribution, or field operations.
  • Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or related industries preferred.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound understanding of channel sales, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and market awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
