Key Responsibilities:

System Operations & Monitoring:

  • Oversee daily monitoring of the
    SAP S/4HANA Cloud landscape
    under RISE.
  • Manage system performance, troubleshooting, and escalations with SAP.
  • Coordinate system refreshes, upgrades, and patches with SAP Cloud Operations.

Security & User Administration:

  • Administer SAP users, roles, and authorizations.
  • Ensure compliance with
    audit and security policies
    .
  • Support
    identity management
    and integration with Azure AD / SSO.

Integration & Vendor Coordination:

  • Act as the primary contact between internal teams and
    SAP RISE Cloud Operations
    .
  • Manage
    transport requests, change management, and incident resolution
    .
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams for deployment of new solutions.

Database & Cloud Management:

  • Monitor
    SAP HANA database
    performance, backups, and alerts.
  • Work with
    cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP)
    for connectivity, networking, and resource optimization.
  • Support disaster recovery and high availability configurations.
  • Documentation & Governance:
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, security roles, and operational processes.
  • Ensure adherence to
    ITIL practices
    for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–6 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE (Cloud or On-Premise) environments.
  • Knowledge of security concepts, including user administration and licensing, role management, and compliance.
