Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee at the Junior Jinnah Institute, located in Islamabad. The Employee will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, assisting in event planning and execution, and communicating with stakeholders. The Employee will also be tasked with maintaining records, handling inquiries, and providing support to management and staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
