Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Travel Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients interested in booking Hajj, Umrah, and other religious tours. You will guide them through our offerings, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth booking process with warmth, professionalism, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a timely and engaging manner
  • Provide detailed package information (pricing, itineraries, hotel details, visa process, etc.)
  • Understand each client's spiritual, logistical, and financial needs to recommend the best package
  • Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships through clear and consistent communication
  • Close sales and assist clients through booking, payment, and document submission
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth pre- and post-sale transitions
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, airline policies, and visa procedures related to Umrah/Hajj
  • Attend training sessions and actively contribute to continuous improvement in the sales process

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related role (Umrah/Hajj travel experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Urdu or Arabic is a plus
  • Confident, professional, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with clients
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple inquiries at once
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, email tools, and spreadsheets
  • Passion for serving the Muslim community and facilitating spiritually fulfilling journeys
