Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujranwala for an Express Rider. The Express Rider will be responsible for the timely and secure delivery of packages, handling packages with care, and ensuring their safe arrival. Day-to-day tasks include picking up and delivering packages, obtaining recipient signatures, maintaining accurate delivery records, and following the most efficient routes. The Express Rider will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, reporting any issues or delays promptly, and maintaining the delivery vehicle in good condition.

Qualifications

  • Experience in package delivery and handling with attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with the local area and ability to follow efficient delivery routes
  • Valid motorcycle driving license
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
  • Previous experience in courier services
