About the Role

ZRK Group has launched Pakistan's first state-of-the-art Design Studio to redefine how MDF, laminates, and particleboard are experienced. As
Design Studio Executive

, you'll be the creative and client-facing heart of the space — consulting on interiors, curating experiences, and building meaningful partnerships with institutions and communities.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Advisory

  • Engage clients, architects, and interior designers visiting the Design Studio.
  • Provide hands-on consultation, product guidance, and design solutions.
  • Create mockups, mood boards, and curated space showcases.

Partnerships & Activations

  • Reach out to institutions like NCA, universities, art councils, and design schools to host showcases, exhibitions, or intimate gatherings.
  • Organize events, workshops, and meet-ups within the Studio to position it as the hub of creativity and design dialogue.
  • Build B2B networks with organizations, institutions, and corporates for collaborations.

Design & Creative Support

  • Develop immersive room setups and keep the Studio refreshed with the latest trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing for visual content, walkthroughs, and campaigns.
  • Research market and design trends to suggest new applications or finishes.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple Studio projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with production & supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
  • Provide feedback to R&D on design performance and client insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in
    interior design, architecture, or furniture design

- A strong aesthetic sense paired with client-facing confidence.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
- Passion for creating experiences that blend
design, storytelling, and product showcasing

.

Languages:

Fluency in English & Urdu; knowledge of Pashto, Dari is a plus.
