Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located in Islamabad. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors; managing on-site staff and subcontractors; monitoring project progress; resolving issues as they arise; and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, site coordination, and construction oversight
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Relevant work experience in the construction industry
