About Us

The First Sol is a growing software agency specializing in Web, Mobile App, and Backend development using React, , , and React Native. We are expanding our client base in the U.S. and global markets, and we are looking for a Business Developer who can help us grow consistently by generating quality leads and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and close business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with service delivery.
  • Contribute to planning and executing business growth strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM / sales pipeline regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT services sales or business development on LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO basics, lead generation strategies, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical services (Web/Mobile App Development).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Number of proposals sent and conversion rate.
  • Revenue growth from new clients.
  • Client retention and satisfaction score.
  • Contribution to quarterly and yearly sales targets.
