Job Overview
HOF Global is seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and energetic Personal Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate will be young, confident, and professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role requires strong problem-handling abilities, effective inter-department coordination, and the ability to represent the company with a positive image.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Handle customer and client inquiries with professionalism, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support management in daily decision-making and problem resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform front-facing tasks, such as greeting guests and representing management in a professional manner.
- Take ownership of administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Age: Young and energetic (preferably 20–30 years).
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree; Business Administration/Management is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience as a PA, executive assistant, or in customer service/admin roles is preferred.
- Appearance: Neat, well-groomed, professional attire.
- Communication: Excellent English & Urdu (written and spoken).
- Personality: Confident, outgoing, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-handling and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professionalism: High level of discretion, reliability, and adaptability.
