Job Overview

HOF Global is seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and energetic Personal Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate will be young, confident, and professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Handle customer and client inquiries with professionalism, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Support management in daily decision-making and problem resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Perform front-facing tasks, such as greeting guests and representing management in a professional manner.
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Age: Young and energetic (preferably 20–30 years).
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree; Business Administration/Management is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a PA, executive assistant, or in customer service/admin roles is preferred.
  • Appearance: Neat, well-groomed, professional attire.
  • Communication: Excellent English & Urdu (written and spoken).
  • Personality: Confident, outgoing, professional, and solution-oriented.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-handling and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, reliability, and adaptability.
