About the job:

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and grow our online presence. The role involves managing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing. You will be responsible for driving leads, improving ROI, and ensuring our marketing strategies deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies (PPC, SEO/SEM, email, social) aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
  • Lead SEO initiatives: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, backlink acquisition
  • Plan and execute email nurture programs; segment lists, craft copy, A/B test, and track performance
  • Oversee content marketing: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars and ensure that alignment with sales and product teams
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs; produce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to create landing pages, display assets, and on-site conversion enhancements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record managing ≥$10K/month in ad spend and achieving scalable ROI
  • Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Buffer)
  • Strong SEO background with hands-on experience in technical audits and link-building
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging
  • Analytical mindset: proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
