Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Karāchi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions, including managing employee records, supporting HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, and helping with personnel management tasks. The intern will also gain exposure to HR management practices and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Qualifications

  • HR-related skills including Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Passion for learning and growing within the HR field
