We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our pharmacy sales team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to retail pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers in the pharmacy and healthcare sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the existing customer base
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions with pharmacists and staff
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharmacy sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
