Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role requires the candidate to execute sales operations, including generating Sales Orders and Sales Invoices, tracking order dispatching, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination with Finance and Procurement departments. Tasks include monitoring sales data, preparing reports, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in using SAP Business One is mandatory
  • At least 1-2 years of experience and skills in sales and sales operations to support and streamline sales functions.
  • Proficient in communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and interact with clients.
  • Ability to maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Well-organized with multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using sales software or CRM tools; familiarity with the pharmaceutical or API sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

NOTE:-

  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9 AM - 5 PM) and Sat (9 AM - 3 PM). Every last Saturday of the month will be an off day.
  • Lunch is provided on-site for all staff members by the company, free of charge
