About the Role

ZRR Tech Solutions is looking for a Creative Designer with hands-on experience in designing high-performing native ad creatives for platforms like Taboola and Outbrain. The ideal candidate turns briefs into scroll-stopping designs that drive clicks and conversions. You'll combine visual storytelling, marketing insights, and ad psychology to produce creatives that perform at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate campaign briefs and audience insights into engaging ad creatives for native ad platforms.
  • Design and produce thumbnails, banners, carousel ads, and landing visuals optimized for CTR and conversions.
  • Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing and campaign scaling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to understand campaign objectives and audience personas.
  • Maintain brand consistency while maximizing click and conversion potential.
  • Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback.
  • Stay updated with trends in native advertising, ad design psychology, and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing native ad creatives for platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing native ad designs (thumbnails, banners, landing visuals, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Ability to convert briefs into scroll-stopping creatives efficiently.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, ad hooks, and visual persuasion techniques.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
  • Immediate availability for full-time, on-site work in Lahore.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in motion graphics or video ad editing for native campaigns.
  • Familiarity with copywriting for ad headlines and captions.
  • Previous experience working with performance marketing agencies.
