Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (Telesales) to expand our customer base and increase sales. The Sales Development Representatives (Telesales) will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Present products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience (preferred) as a Sales Development Representative in the telesales industry, ideally in a USA-focused call center or similar role.
- Excellent spoken English, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is a must.
- Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Office timings:
8 PM - 3 AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs90,000.00 per month
