Job Title: Customer Sales Representative
Department: Sales/Customer Service
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, driving revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up,, and email correspondence.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and track all sales activities using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, such as Marketing and Operations.
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, including weekly activity reports, performance reports, and pipeline forecasts.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Continuously improve through feedback and participation in training programs.

Qualifications
Required
- Proven work experience as a Customer Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong sales aptitude.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Preferred
- A well-educated background with high proficiency in English communications.
- Experience with a specific industry (e.g., tech, finance, retail).
