to join our Lahore office.

Role Overview

As a
Tele-Sales Executive
, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to our business growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, customer interaction, and professional development in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients via phone to introduce our services and solutions
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
  • Target-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English with a neutral or simple accent
