REQUIRED SKILLS:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product functionality.
  • Develop, document, and maintain test cases, scripts, and other test artifacts (e.g., test data, test environments).
  • Identify, record, and track bugs or defects through issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine, Bugzilla).
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and create corresponding test plans.
  • Perform regression, functional, and usability testing to ensure product stability and usability.
  • Validate fixes and troubleshoot issues as part of a release cycle.
  • Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on product quality and collaborate on continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 06 months to 1 year of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Familiarity with testing techniques and methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance testing).
  • Experience with manual testing; knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and defect tracking.
  • Experience with issue tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
