Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Programmer with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specializing in API development and real-time system performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong Python coding skills and hands-on experience working with APIs and latency-sensitive applications. You will be expected to develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance software systems with a focus on minimizing latency for real-time use cases, while working independently and driving projects forward proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based APIs and web services.

·      Optimize application performance to ensure low latency and high throughput for real-time data processing.

·      Implement efficient data handling and communication protocols for real-time systems.

·      Monitor, debug, and resolve latency, performance bottlenecks, and concurrency issues.

·      Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define API specifications and integrate with other systems.

·      Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Python code focusing on real-time constraints.

·      Develop automated testing solutions and conduct performance testing for APIs.

·      Maintain version control and follow best coding practices.

·      Work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

·      Stay informed of the latest developments in real-time computing, network protocols, and Python performance optimization.

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python programming.

·      Proven experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs or similar web services.

·      Hands-on experience with real-time systems, focusing on latency optimization and throughput improvement.

·      Strong understanding of network protocols, asynchronous programming, and concurrency in Python.

·      Familiarity with relevant Python libraries and frameworks for API and real-time development (e.g., FastAPI, asyncio).

·      Experience with performance profiling and monitoring tools.

·      Solid grasp of database interactions with attention to minimizing latency.

·      Comfortable working with version control (Git).

·      Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

·      Good communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with audio streaming

·      Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

·      Experience with cloud services focused on real-time processing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.).

·      Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
