Techno Functional Specialist

We're looking for someone who can bring both technical expertise and functional understanding to our HRMS & Payroll implementations. This isn't just about coding or ticking project boxes — it's about helping clients solve real problems and making sure every piece of the system works as it should.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Developing tailored HRMS and Payroll solutions that reflect unique client processes
- Writing advanced T-SQL queries, designing databases, and building ASP.NET web interfaces
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving them efficiently
- Keeping projects on track — on time, on scope, and on budget
- Preparing detailed release notes and technical documentation for handover
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful implementations
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar techno-functional role
- Strong knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems, especially in the GCC region
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical teams and end-users
- Experience in ASP.NET and database design is essential
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude toward learning and development
