We're looking for someone who can bring both technical expertise and functional understanding to our HRMS & Payroll implementations. This isn't just about coding or ticking project boxes — it's about helping clients solve real problems and making sure every piece of the system works as it should.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Developing tailored HRMS and Payroll solutions that reflect unique client processes
  • Writing advanced T-SQL queries, designing databases, and building ASP.NET web interfaces
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving them efficiently
  • Keeping projects on track — on time, on scope, and on budget
  • Preparing detailed release notes and technical documentation for handover
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful implementations

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar techno-functional role
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems, especially in the GCC region
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical teams and end-users
  • Experience in ASP.NET and database design is essential
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude toward learning and development
