Job Opportunity: Sales Coordinator/ Marketing Executive

Industry: Printing & Packaging
Experience: 1–2 years (preferred in Print & Packaging)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process sales orders and purchase orders efficiently.
- Coordinate internally between sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and sales documentation, including amortization reports.
- Build and maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal departments.
- Provide support to the sales team for client follow-ups, quotations, and project updates.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in the print and packaging industry.
- Familiar with sales order and purchase order processes.
- Understanding of amortization in the context of packaging or sales operations is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
