IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Act as a liaison between the Director of Sales and various sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between regional teams to share best practices and address any challenges that arise.
  • Track progress on sales initiatives and projects, providing updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams on processes and tools, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Gather customer feedback from sales teams and relay insights to the Director of Sales for strategic planning.
  • Support the coordination of cross-functional projects and campaigns that involve multiple sales teams.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
