, is looking for an experienced and passionate
E-Commerce Manager
to lead our online growth, digital strategy, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    e-commerce growth strategies
    across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize our
    Shopify store
    including product listings, UX, and performance.
  • Plan and oversee
    fashion shoots
    to ensure strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Lead
    social media marketing
    and
    influencer collaborations
    to grow brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Oversee
    content creation and creative direction
    for campaigns and product launches.
  • Handle complete
    e-commerce operations
    , including:
  • Order fulfillment
  • Customer support
  • Manage performance and scaling of:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Leverage
    AI tools
    for marketing automation, analytics, and customer insights.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize for growth, retention, and experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience
    as an E-Commerce Manager (preferably in a
    men's fashion clothing brand
    ).
  • Strong command over:
  • Social media marketing
  • Influencer marketing
  • Content & creative direction
  • Shopify management
  • Fashion shoot planning & execution
  • Ads management (Meta & TikTok)
  • Email marketing tools & strategies
  • E-commerce operations & fulfillment
  • Customer experience and support systems
  • Familiarity with using
    AI tools
    to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
