Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at our Faisalabad or Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating qualified leads, converting opportunities, and managing client communications — especially on international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Proactively generate leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, etc.
  • Identify high-quality leads in the domains of mobile apps, web development, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Client Communication:
  • Take and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively in fluent, professional English via calls, messages, and emails.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare detailed project proposals, quotes, and timelines for custom software, websites, mobile apps, and AI/ML systems.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to gather insights and estimates for proposal creation.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing international clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication throughout the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design, development, and project management teams to deliver quality proposals and successful project onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven expertise in Upwork bidding and other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, especially in:
  • Web & mobile app development
  • SaaS solutions
  • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written) — must be comfortable in client-facing video calls.
  • Ability to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and translate needs into structured proposals.
  • Confident personality with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
