This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who want to build a career in client acquisition and freelance platforms.
Responsibilities:
Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain communication with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding / lead generation.
Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and draft tailored proposals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
