STALLYONS TECHNOLOGIES delivers top-tier web & mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and UI/UX design solutions to global clients. We're rapidly expanding and seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to grow our sales via Upwork.

Role Overview:

You'll lead our Upwork sales efforts—bidding on projects, writing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You'll also nurture client relationships and contribute to strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on relevant projects (web, mobile, cloud, UI/UX) via Upwork
  • Write tailored, persuasive proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis
  • Track Upwork trends and optimize bidding strategies
  • Maintain records and manage client communications
  • Report sales metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven success in Upwork bidding and closing deals
  • Strong communication and proposal writing skills
  • Knowledge of full sales lifecycle
  • Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented
