Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Officer to oversee quality standards in fabric for our women's fashion clothing line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all garments meet the brand's quality benchmarks before reaching the customer, maintaining consistency in design execution, and minimizing defects in production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance & Inspection

2. Process Monitoring

3. Documentation & Reporting

4. Vendor/Factory Coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in QC roles within a textile or apparel brand (preferably women's fashion).
  • In-depth knowledge of fabric types, embroidery techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience with premium or luxury women's fashion.
  • Familiarity with tools like fabric inspection machines, lightbox, etc.
  • Understanding of fashion trends and aesthetics relevant to embroidery and finishing would be preferred.
