About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of proven experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and result-oriented with hands-on experience in social media, paid ads, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms

Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead

Manage social media pages, content calendars, and audience engagement strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Prepare reports and share insights with management

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing

Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing

Ability to create engaging content and ad creatives (basic Canva/Photoshop skills preferred)

Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team
