Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Clinical Navigator Support Specialist. The Clinical Navigator Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the clinical navigation team, assisting with patient scheduling, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves managing incoming calls, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare management software
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of patient interactions efficiently
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is Required.
  • Compassionate, patient-oriented, and committed to providing quality patient care

Important details

  • Timing 8pm to 5am Pakistani time (Monday to Friday).
  • Job is on site based in Dha Phase 8
  • .You'll be in Virtual office camera on in your shift (Excluding breaks)
  • .Salary will be in USD hourly based.
  • Experience in US Healthcare industry is required. (6 Months minimum).
