Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

Plan, lead, and execute
IT and web projects
from concept to completion — ensuring all goals, timelines, and budgets are met.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Develop detailed project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.

Manage multiple ongoing projects across
website builds, system migrations, integrations, and eCommerce implementations
.

Requirements Qualifications

●     
Education:

○     Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering
, or a related field.

○     Project management certification (e.g.,
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master
) is a strong advantage.

●     
Experience:

○     
3–5 years of experience
managing IT, web, or software projects — preferably in a
digital marketing or eCommerce agency.

○     Proven success in delivering
website builds, CRM integrations, and technical marketing systems
.

○     Experience working with
Shopify, WordPress, Google Ads platforms, or API-based integrations
.

●     
Technical Skills:

○     Proficiency in
project management tools
such as
Asana, Trello, Jira, or ClickUp
.

○     Strong understanding of
web development workflows
,
hosting environments
, and
content management systems
.

○     Knowledge of
HTML/CSS fundamentals
,
APIs
, and
database management
is a plus.

○     Experience coordinating with IT infrastructure teams and software vendors.
