Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for Telesales Agents at Big B Group located in Lahore District. Telesales Agents will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to offer products and services to customers, achieving sales targets, and providing stellar customer support. They will also be required to record customer details and transactions, follow up on calls, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience
  • Proven ability in Sales
  • Participation in Training programs
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Timings: USA time(6 pm - 3 am)
  • Salary packages: 45-55K with incentives based on performance.
