About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Expert / Team Lead to join our growing team in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in SEO, Web Development, and Digital Marketing Strategy, who is ready to lead and manage digital initiatives.

You will be responsible for executing comprehensive digital strategies, leading a team, and driving measurable results through optimized campaigns and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, implementing improvements as needed

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and content calendars

Web Development & Management

  • Oversee the company website's development, structure, and performance
  • Work closely with developers and designers to ensure SEO and mobile-friendliness
  • Manage tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of digital marketers and web developers
  • Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to execute cohesive strategies
  • Set team KPIs, review performance, and report results to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and web development
  • Proven ability to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversions
  • Strong command of:
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
  • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress or other CMS platforms)
  • Digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Google Ads and Facebook certifications
