The Finance Executive will handle daily accounting entries, reconciliations, expense booking, payments, and settlements while ensuring tax compliance and supporting financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with a problem-solving approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis
  • Post and review daily accounting entries in XERO with accuracy
  • Ensure proper tax compliance, deductions, and reconciliations
  • Manage Expense & Accrual Booking
  • Handle Payable & Receivable settlements along with reconciliations
  • Perform Intercompany transaction reconciliations
  • Process vendor and media partner payments
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts & outstanding balances
  • Support in preparation of Financials and related schedules
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ACCA/CMA Partly Qualified

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a Finance role
  • UK Finance/Accounting experience will be considered an advantage

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero (a plus)
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Effective communication for cross-department coordination
  • Ensure timely matching of receipts and payments with invoices
