Job Title: Finance Executive
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance and administration functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial operations, maintain compliance, and provide accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day finance and administration operations.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, financial statements, and reports.
- Handle payroll, tax compliance, and coordination with auditors, tax advisors, and bankers.
- Ensure accurate processing of payments, tax deductions, and accounting entries.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Keep accurate records for PRs, POs, invoices, and payments.
- Perform ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master's in Finance, MBA, ACCA, or ICMA (part-qualified candidates may also be considered).
- 2–3 years' experience in finance or accounting (experience in a software house preferred).
- Proficiency with accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks, Peachtree).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and analytical skills.
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
