Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    revival, activation, and expansion
    of the zonal agency portfolio for classifieds.
  • Manage and handle assigned real estate agency accounts with periodic follow-ups and reviews.
  • Conduct
    regular client visits
    , deliver product demonstrations, and close business deals.
  • Keep clients informed and updated on the latest company offerings, products, and promotions.
  • Drive
    up-selling and portfolio growth
    through consistent engagement with existing clients.
  • Achieve
    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
    in line with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain
    long-term strategic partnerships
    by delivering superior customer service.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and prepare tactical plans for agency expansion.
  • Establish and maintain strong liaison with real estate agencies across the assigned region.
