Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support our HR operations, with a key focus on HR systems and data management. In this role, you will help maintain and enhance the efficiency of employee-related processes through accurate data handling, system administration, and operational support. Working closely with the HR team and other departments, you will ensure smooth execution of HR transactions and contribute to continuous improvements in system-driven processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of the Talent Enablement function, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices.

  • Perform employee data updates, audits, and reporting within the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Act as a point of contact for HR system related queries, assisting users and troubleshooting basic issues.

  • Assist in maintaining and improving system workflows, documentation, and user guidelines.

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven insights and decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in all HR databases.

  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline and automate routine processes.

  • Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and best practices in data and process management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0-1 year of experience in HRIS or related roles.

  • MS Office skills.

  • Verbal and Written communication skills, with the ability to engage and support employees effectively.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with supervision; eager to learn effective time management techniques.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
