Internship (2 Months) → Full-Time Offer Track

Company: GenX Integrated Systems

Program Type: Full-time internship (on-site or hybrid — adjust as needed)

Duration: 8 weeks (2 MONTHS)

Start: IMMEDIATE

Conversion: High-performing interns will receive a full-time offer

Eligibility: Apply only if you (a) already have a strong grasp of or (b) have built meaningful university/personal projects in — and you're available to join full-time if offered.

Why this role:

Build real product features in a production codebase, ship fast with mentorship, and graduate straight into a full-time role if you excel.

What you'll do:

Implement pages, components, and APIs using (App Router)

Work with SSR/SSG, dynamic routing, middleware, and API routes

Integrate UI with real data (REST/GraphQL), authentication, and state management

Write clean, testable code (TypeScript preferred) and follow Git workflows

Collaborate with Product/Design on specs, edge cases, and performance

What we're looking for:

Solid understanding of React fundamentals and concepts (App Router, layouts, metadata, caching)

Comfort with Tailwind CSS (or similar), TypeScript, and Git

You've shipped a project (course, uni, hackathon, or personal) — share links

Clear problem-solving, willingness to learn, and ownership mindset

Nice to have (plus points)

Prisma/ORM + relational DB basics

Auth ), RBAC, and secure API patterns

Performance tuning (Lighthouse/Web Vitals), image optimization

Basic testing (Jest/RTL), CI familiarity
