Job Title: Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This role involves promoting products or services directly to customers in the field, building relationships, generating leads, and driving sales through in-person interactions. It's ideal for energetic, persuasive individuals who thrive outside the office and enjoy meeting new people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within assigned territories to meet potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute field campaigns.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outdoor or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile reporting apps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
