Role Overview

As a
Jr Creative Marketeer
, you will support the development and execution of marketing and content initiatives across social, digital, and on-ground channels. You'll work closely with the design, ecommerce, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth coordination in daily marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative collaboration, has a good eye for detail, and wants to grow in brand marketing and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and content calendars.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for shoot preparation, content approvals, and timely deliverables.
  • Help organize creative materials, assets, and references for ongoing projects.

Content & Communication

  • Support in creating and publishing content across social media, website, and newsletters.
  • Ensure captions, visuals, and tone align with Zuria Dor's brand identity.
  • Track engagement and feedback to share insights with the creative team.

Brand Support

  • Help maintain brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with the ecommerce team for product uploads, visual updates, and campaign placements.
  • Assist in managing influencer or UGC collaborations under team guidance.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts, styling directions, and naming ideas.
  • Provide administrative and creative support for shoots, events, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or brand support role (fashion or agency experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content, and creative coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to visual and written detail.
