Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced and self-driven SEO Specialist to manage a high volume of SEO projects (40–50) independently or with the support of one assistant. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of executing successful SEO strategies across diverse industries and be comfortable taking full ownership of SEO performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies across 40–50 websites simultaneously
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits
  • Optimize on-page elements: metadata, schema, internal linking, site structure, etc.
  • Implement and oversee off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and outreach
  • Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Analyze traffic, rankings, and conversions — prepare performance reports regularly
  • Work closely with developers, content teams, or assistants to ensure SEO best practices
  • Stay current with algorithm updates and implement changes proactively
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Deliver client reporting and communicate progress in a clear, client-friendly way

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or freelance with multiple clients/sites)
  • Proven ability to handle 40–50 active SEO projects with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink acquisition
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience managing junior SEO assistants or freelancers
  • Experience with local SEO and eCommerce
  • Google certifications or advanced SEO training
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Zapier, SEO dashboards)
