We are looking for a SEO Lead who can manage and execute SEO strategies across multiple client projects. You will be responsible for overseeing SEO roadmaps, delegating tasks, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and driving measurable results for each client. This role requires strong communication, technical skills, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Project Management: Manage and prioritize SEO tasks across multiple client accounts.
  • SEO Strategy Development: Create tailored SEO strategies based on client goals and industry landscapes.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, and outreach specialists to deliver SEO work efficiently.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, headings, and page structure.
  • Off-Page SEO: Create and manage link-building strategies, guest posts, and outreach campaigns.
  • Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, indexing issues, page speed improvements, site structure, and schema markup.
  • Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research for every project, identifying ranking opportunities and relevant search intent.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create monthly reports, track KPIs, present results to internal stakeholders or clients.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3–5+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of improving rankings and growing organic traffic.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like:
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
  • Screaming Frog
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain SEO concepts clearly.
  • Ability to create and follow structured workflows and deliverables.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with CMS environments such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead funnels.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for quick SEO tweaks.
  • Experience in training or mentoring junior SEO team members.
