Role Description

We are seeking a
highly analytical Data Analyst
with strong SQL skills, experience in modern data transformation tools (dbt), and proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI. You should be comfortable working with relational databases, have a good understanding of NoSQL data sources like MongoDB, and thrive in translating complex datasets into clear, business-ready insights..

Key Responsibilities

  1. Write efficient
    SQL
    queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  2. Build and maintain
    dbt
    models to create scalable, reliable data transformation pipelines.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in
    Superset, Preset, or Power BI
    .
  4. Connect and integrate
    MongoDB
    and other data sources into the analytics stack.
  5. Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
  7. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness across reporting layers.
  8. Document data definitions, models, and analytical processes for transparency and reusability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Proven experience
    as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
  2. Strong SQL
    skills with the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
  3. Hands-on experience with
    dbt
    for data transformation and modeling.
  4. Proficiency in at least one
    BI platform
    : Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
  5. Working knowledge of
    MongoDB
    and familiarity with NoSQL data structures.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  7. Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
